Personally, the lakes of

For me there are many places in each region of Switzerland, but the Vaud Riviera is above the rest!
The Engadine in Grisons! It's on the other side of Switzerland for me who lives in Geneva but I love the lakes and mountains of this valley at almost 2000m altitude! Both in summer and in winter it's magnificent. Take the train journeys with an incredible route with bridges and tunnels that our ancestors built! I go back there often!
Without hesitation, Valais, and it's not just the Matterhorn, the Aletsch Glacier, and the Val d'Anniviers... honestly, I love the Rhône Valley, the apricots, and all the adjacent valleys! Valais is a magnificent canton in all seasons.
