Good morning
My son would like a faster and more powerful electric quad than those offered by large retailers in Switzerland such as King Jouet, Manor, Migros, Galaxus… and we came across an anibis.ch ad with 1000w electric quads capable of going up to 35km/h for prices around 450.-! 449.- to be precise for the item in question. The seller is a man named "Sam" who responds quite quickly but there are a few problems:
- When we look at the list of ads on this same account, it is located just about everywhere in French-speaking Switzerland and Solothurn: Sion, Neuchâtel, Yverdon, Romont, Aigle, Monthey, Sassel, Villars-sur-Glâne, Martigny, Porrentruy, Sierre, Geneva, Lausanne, La chaux-de-Fonds, La Tour-de-Trême, Delémont, Vernayaz... in short, clearly a marketing approach to appear close to potential buyers...
- When we write to him to see a model and test it, he replies:
“Sorry, I no longer have a store, for the moment, I only work on delivery.”
So these multi-locations are not a multitude of branches but rather a manipulation to try to sell locally even if it cannot show anything to the buyer before an order.
Have any of you ever ordered from Sam on anibis.ch or through his website kraftmuller-ch.com?
No one answers the phone number listed on the website! I left a message on the answering machine but nothing so far.
The site is supposed to belong to the company Jura Destock (No trace in Switzerland) which apparently went bankrupt or ceased its activity in 2024 in France: Deregistered since 07/06/2024 according to the site pappers.fr belonging to a certain: Barbaud Regis (Manager). But the registration number does not match.
So I have mixed feelings about ordering under these conditions because what about the mandatory guarantees in Switzerland in the event of a malfunction!! It seems like a mess to me at first glance...
Jasmine H.August 25, 2025 at 11:41 am #13417Good morning,
Unfortunately, I don't have the answer to your questions... but I also came across these ads and I was wondering the same thing. He gave me the same address for the Kraft Machin website. I didn't go that far in the investigations, I thank you in advance for the research you shared. Give me an update on the follow-up with the seller, if you were able to have a telephone contact etc.

Be careful! Your questions piqued my curiosity and I found this about the site kraftmuller.shop which seems to be the French version of the Swiss site mentioned in your first message.
He is cited in a scam report on
Here: signal-arnaques.com/scam/view/820978With recommendations:
Content of the scam The kraftmuller.shop website claims to sell Kraft Müller brand tools at abnormally low prices, well below the rate charged by official wholesalers. The site appears to be a scam, using the brand name to cheat customers out of money.
Several suspicious elements:
• Prices well below the market, which is economically impossible.
• No clear information about the company (address, telephone number, legal notices missing or questionable).
• Recent creation of the site (November 2024), which is often a sign of scam.
• No official presence on recognized distribution sites.Do not order from this site! There is a high risk of non-delivery or receiving counterfeit products. If you have already placed an order, contact your bank as soon as possible to try to cancel the payment.
What to do?
1. Report this site to Pharos (if in France) or to the authorities in your country.
2. Share this report to prevent others from being scammed.
3. If you are a victim, file a complaint with the police/gendarmerie and with your bank.David B.August 27, 2025 at 9:41 am #13852News... the seller finally responded, wrote a text message, and we were able to get in touch by phone. He orders the goods from China and has a warehouse in the canton of Jura.
He confirms that there is no way to test the devices before paying. They are in boxes and he does not want them to be used before payment. This is one way of doing things, but it doesn't inspire much confidence.
For my son it turns out that he is already too big for the 1000w models and the problem is that the 1500w models which are the right size for children from 12 years old are much more expensive namely almost 1400.-.
Anyway... I also asked about the company "Jura destock" which is mentioned on the site. It is indeed based in France and I found its trace near Belfort.
On the phone he says there is a 2-year warranty on the battery and electronics.
