The 21-year-old Fribourg native qualified for the Tokyo World Championships final by finishing second in her semi-final in 1:56.99. A Swiss record holder, she will be aiming for a medal on Sunday (12:35 p.m.) against Great Britain's Keely Hodgkinson and the Kenyan Moraa sisters.
