Netflix is buying Warner Bros Discovery for 83 billion dollars, the biggest entertainment acquisition since Disney-Fox. The streaming giant is acquiring a huge catalogue including “Harry Potter”, “Friends” and the HBO Max service. The deal values WBD at $72 billion, excluding debt.
