• Pommes de terre & patates douces : l’amidon se transforme en sucre
• Courges & potirons : mieux conservés au frais, mais hors frigoBread and bakery products
• Bread: hardens and dries faster in the refrigerator
• Tip: store in a cloth bag or freeze if necessaryProducts that crystallize or change in the cold
• Honey: solidifies, loses its fluid texture
• Oils (olive, coconut, etc.): solidify and change consistency

• Pineapple: loses its taste and ferments more quickly
• Mangoes: ripen outside the refrigerator
• Papayas: altered texture and taste
• Watermelon and melon (whole): lose their antioxidants if refrigerated before being cutDried fruits and spices
• Nuts and seeds: go rancid more quickly with the humidity in the fridge
• Ground spices: lose aroma and potency by absorbing moistureProper natural storage helps preserve flavors and benefits for longer.
