French presidential elections: François Hollande is the most googled candidate

The newspaper The New Observer conducted a study of the various French candidates' online presence. Social networks, campaign sites, musical themes, videos, and the rest were all scrutinized to give each candidate a total online score.

It emerged that the most sought-after candidate on the web is currently François Hollande with a score of 6.1/10. François Bayrou (5.8/100) and Nicolas Sarkozy (5.5/10) follow closely behind. The lowest ranked are Jean-Luc Mélenchon (1.1/10) and Nathalie Arthaud (0.3/10). Obviously, it is more the web campaign teams than the candidates themselves who feed the Internet; even if candidates such as Corinne Lepage, François Bayrou and Nicolas Dupont-Aignan themselves manage their Twitter accounts.

As for the other candidates, they did not comment on their ranking in this study. For statistics: Eva Joly 4.4/10, Marine Le Pen 3.4/10, Dominique de Villepin 4.7/10.

During this time

Nicolas Sarkozy, more interested in poll results than in "geekiness" studies, presents himself as an ally of the agricultural world. It must be said that he comes out on top in terms of your intentions among farmers.

Today he inaugurated the 49e edition of an Agricultural Show. According to two polls (Ifop and OpinionWay) whose results were published shortly before the opening of the Show, the presidential candidate earned 40% of voting intentions. A score twice that of candidates Bayrou, LePen and Hollande who displayed around 15%.
