Je voulais voir si j’avais la place chez moi après un terrassementj’ai un dégagement de 9m de large pour 16m ! je peux jouer mais je n’ai pas l’espace ext. suffisant pour les compétition 😉 !

Dimension d’un terrain de beach volley

The playing field is a rectangle measuring 16 x 8 m, surrounded by a free zone of at least 3 m and having a space free of any obstacle to a height of at least 7 m from the ground.

For FIVB World Competitions, the playing court is a rectangle measuring 16 x 8 m, surrounded by a free zone of at least 5 m but not exceeding 6 m from the end and side lines. The free zone must be at least 12.5 m high from the ground.

The net:

The net measures 8.5 m long and 1 m wide (+/- 3 cm), when stretched vertically above the central axis of the field.

It is made of square meshes measuring 10 cm on each side. Two horizontal strips, 5 to 8 cm wide, are placed at its upper and lower parts. They are made of canvas, preferably blue or light in color, and are folded down and sewn along the entire length of the net. Each end of the upper strip has a hole in it to pass a cord through to attach it to the posts and keep the top of the net taut.

The height of the net is 2.43 m for men and 2.24 m for women.

Comment: Net height may vary depending on age as follows:

It is measured in the center of the playing field using a height rod. Both ends of the net (above the sidelines) must be at the same height and not exceed the regulation height by more than 2 cm.
