Wawrinka has come from behind after being down two sets to nothing against Tsonga. Federer, on the other hand, has been very efficient in his opening matches.
Last year, the two Swiss players also faced each other at this stage of the competition in Paris. Roger Federer gave the Vaudois nothing.
