Caroline Wozniacki is a Danish player of Polish origin born on July 11, 1990 in Odense.
She was born into a family completely dedicated to sports. Her father and first coach, Piotr, is a former professional soccer player (Poland and Denmark). Her mother, Anna, was a member of the Polish national volleyball team. Her brother, Patrick, is currently a professional soccer player and currently plays for BK Frem København in Denmark.
The player is still in the semi-finals of the 2010 US Open, which is currently taking place. The door to the final is open to her.
