The bartender just stands there, staring at her without moving.

« Qu’est-ce qu’il y a, dit-elle, vous n’avez jamais vu une femme nue ?  »

" Oh yes, often!”

» Et alors qu’est-ce que vous regardez ? »

« Je voudrais simplement voir d’où vous allez sortir l’argent pour me payer! »

Yes, in Switzerland, a land of taboos and blockages, this is surprising. In 2014 and 2015, nudism in France quadrupled, according to TV broadcasts from July 2015. Food for thought. In Switzerland, we always expect a little NATURAL.
