Beef and tomato paupiettes with porcini mushrooms

With the arrival of spring many people want to lose the weight accumulated during the winter and for that, nothing is better than low calorie dishes! A mouthwatering recipe idea and this French dish from beef and tomato paupiettes with porcini mushrooms. This slimming meal for 6 people provides 600 calories per person. It takes 10 minutes to prepare and 55 minutes to cook.

INGREDIENTS
6 steaks of 120 g
350g minced steak with 5 % fat
2 onions
6 round tomatoes
1 tbsp. cottage cheese at 0 %
1 egg
1 carton of 200 ml tomato coulis
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp chili paste
2 tbsp rehydrated dried porcini mushrooms
2 sprigs of thyme
1 bay leaf
olive oil

PREPARATION

1. Ask the butcher toflatten each steak.

2. Peel and chop the onions, brown them in 1 tsp of olive oil in a casserole dish, add 1/2 glass of water and cook for 10 minutes.

3. Remove half of the onions, mix them with the ground steak, cottage cheese and whole egg, salt, pepper and Spread this stuffing in the center of the steaks.

4. Fold the sides, tie the paupiettes and place them on the remaining onions in the casserole dish.

5. Add the tomato puree, the paste, the chili, 1/2 glass of water, salt, pepper, thyme and bay leaf, cover and simmer for 35 minutes.

6. Cut the tomatoes in two in thickness, bring them back cut side down in a pan with 1 tsp of olive oil for 10 mins.

7. Drain the porcini mushrooms, pour them into the casserole dish and finish cooking for 10 minutes.
