Michael Douglas in a horror film with «We have always lived in the castle»

Michael Douglas est un acteur ayant joué dans de nombreux genres de films mais ne s’était jamais prêté au fantastique-horreur. Il découvre donc un registre inédit avec «We have always lived in the castle», film adapté du roman de 1962  de l’auteur Shirley Jackson. The first steps in fantasy will not only be for the gray-haired star, but also for his co-star in the film Rachel McAdams.

The star of «"The Game"», «Basic Instinct» Or «"King of California"« devrait interpréter un oncle vivant dans un château isolé avec ses deux nièces, Mary Katherine et Constance. Mais dans le village avoisinant leur étrange résidence, ces trois personnages inspirent beaucoup de méfiance, car tous les autres membres de cette mystérieuse famille sont morts empoisonnés…

The Cannes Film Festival will be held from May 12th to 23rd.. During this 63rd edition of the festival, the film will be screened out of competition «Wall Street 2: Money never sleeps» qui sortira en France le 29 septembre. Ce serait l’occasion de demander à Michael Douglas, acteur principal de ce film, si il compte faire d’autres incursions dans les films d’horreurs.
