Youssou Ndoor soon at the Olympia

The king of mbalax pays tribute to Bob Marley in his latest album« Dakar- Kingston’ qui relate le film de sa vie.Youssou Ndoor raconte l’histoire des indépendances africaines et cherche à faire connaître son message de Dakar  à Addis Abeba.

Le dernier album du chanteur-compositeur sera  présenté lors de son concert à l’ Olympia,à Paris, le 23 mars,dans le plus pur style jamaïcain.Cet album a été enregistré dans le studio Tuff Gong de Bob Marley et il fait un » back to reggae roots »in homage to the prophet of the Rasta movement. Bob Marley was an example for the most famous Senegalese singer in the world.« Le chant de Bob Marley était un cri pour l’Afrique avec des morceaux Africa Unity And No woman No Cry "He was the first star from the Third World for me."A Senegalese like me says to himself:"I too can touch the world" révèle Youssou Ndoor lors d’une interview accordée au journal de la culture sur France 4.

Le chanteur jouit d’une grande notoriété en Afrique.Il est plus qu’un musicien à la renommée internationale; il est influent  aussi bien en économie  qu’en politique dans son pays. A Dakar,il dirige un groupe de presse qui comprend le quotidien » l’Observateur » and the radio Rfm.He also owns a nightclub and plans to start a television channel.

In the meantime, he shot a biographical film   "I bring what"which will be released on April 14 in French theaters.
