Alpine Skiing: Didier Cuche wins the legendary Kitzbühel downhill
After the victory in the Super G, Didier Cuche wins the legendary Streif downhill in Kitzbühel.
A successful Didier for Didier
Didier Cuche succeeds the skier from Morgins, Didier Defago, who had won the race in 2009. The skier from Bugnenets (canton of Neuchâtel) wins this race for the 3rd time in his career (after 1998 and 2008) and thus reaches the level of Pirmin Zurbriggen and Franz Heinzer who have won this downhill 3 times.

In the overall standings, Cuche made a jump of 200 points in 2 days and is now 69 points behind his compatriot Janka and 17 points behind Benjamin Raich (Aut).
