Haiti: A telethon organized by George Clooney

Depuis le dramatique tremblement de terre du 13 janvier dernier de nombreuses aide émanent de toutes part, pouvant aller d’un groupe sur Facebook à la mobilisation des stars d’Hollywood.

George Clooney is the latest international star to pledge his support to Haiti and its people, tragically affected by the violent earthquake.

The actor is currently preparing a telethon to raise funds for Haiti. This special program will air on January 22nd on all MTV channels. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actor plans to appear in the telethon, determined to use his fame to mobilize the American public. He has also reportedly recruited Joel Gallen as a producer. Gallen notably produced the telethon following the September 11, 2001 attacks.
