Michael Jackson: The investigation is over

THE Dr. Conrad Murray could be prosecuted, But it's not certain that there will be a trial.

The investigation into the death of Michel Jackson on 25 June has been completed by the Los Angeles Police Department. The findings of the investigation will now be presented to the district attorney in the coming weeks. He will decide whether to sue Bambi's personal doctorA police officer told the site TMZ that there was enough evidence.

However a trial would prove difficult because administering propofol is not a crime. The doctor had administered the drug to Michael Jackson on the morning of his death. He could be prosecuted for manslaughter, But you'd have to prove negligence. So it's not certain that there will be a trial.
