Gad Elmaleh's childhood

Gad Elmaleh was born on April 19, 1971, in Casablanca, Morocco, into a Sephardic Jewish family. His father, David Elmaleh, is a Moroccan actor and film director, while his mother, Rachel, is a schoolteacher.
