H1N1 flu: Portugal announces 150 new cases
A black day in Portugal, with 150 new cases reported in 24 hours. The total number of people infected in the country since May is 884. No deaths so far. This sudden spread is mainly due to the large popular gatherings over the summer. 11 people have been hospitalised since the start of the epidemic.
