The merger between the two groups is scheduled for 2011

C’est officiel, Porsche sera petit à petit grignotté par VW qui ajoutera une maruqe supplémentaire à son groupe dès 2011. Porsche est un groupe déjà assez important, l’entreprise est estimée à 12,4 milliards d’euros. VW espère devenir n°1 devant Toyota.

Along with Opel, VW is the most popular brand in Switzerland.
