Ferrari launches exclusive digital token
Ferrari's ambitious foray into the Web3 universe and crypto asset
Ferrari takes a decisive step towards blockchain with the launch of its digital token “Ferrari 499P Token”.
This new digital asset will allow a handful of enthusiasts to bid on an exceptional item: the Ferrari 499P, the legendary car that won the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
This project is aimed at a select community of collectors, members of the private “Hyperclub” circle. The goal is to strengthen the commitment and sense of belonging between the brand and its most loyal fans.

A symbol of the tokenization of luxury
With this token, holders will be able to participate in exclusive auctions and exchange their digital assets in a secure ecosystem.
Ferrari intends to open a new era of interaction between brands and collectors, by integrating blockchain technology into the heart of its high-end universe.
According to initial indications, the official launch of the Ferrari 499P Token is expected to coincide with the 2027 World Endurance Championship (WEC) season.
Ferrari, a pioneer in the adoption of cryptocurrencies
Ferrari had already begun its digital transition by accepting payments in Bitcoin, Ether and USD Coin for its vehicles from 2023.
This initiative, first rolled out in the United States before being extended to Europe, has enabled the brand to attract a new generation of buyers from the crypto world.
Transactions are handled seamlessly: dealers do not directly handle cryptocurrencies, as they are instantly converted into fiat currency.
A luxury market driven by blockchain
This move by Ferrari illustrates a broader trend: the tokenization of luxury.
More and more prestigious brands are exploring NFTs, tokens and exclusive digital experiences to build customer loyalty and promote their cultural heritage.
At the same time, wealth generated from cryptocurrencies continues to grow. In 2025, the number of crypto millionaires increased by more than 40%, surpassing 240,000 individuals worldwide.
In summary
- Ferrari creates an exclusive digital token for its most loyal fans.
- The project will allow bidding on the Ferrari 499P, winner of Le Mans.
- The manufacturer is consolidating its position as a pioneer of Web3 in the automotive sector.
