Alpine Skiing – Winter 2025: After a challenging 2024, Michelle Gisin is smiling again. The Swiss skier has completely rethought her training methods to get back on track. Patience, enjoyment, and balance are now her watchwords.
🧠 A new philosophy: skiing with your heart
Last season left its mark. Between doubts and mental fatigue, Michelle Gisin saw her confidence crumble. This summer, she chose to reconnect with what makes her want to ski: joy.
"I've slowly rediscovered joy, because it's the most important thing for my confidence," she says sincerely.
The Swiss glaciers, particularly those of Zermatt, offered him an ideal setting to recharge his batteries and rediscover his senses.

⛷️ A lighter, but more effective workout
Big news: for the first time in ten years, the Olympic champion was able to rework the technical basics without pressure.
"I had time to go back to the basics, to ski very simply for several days, even in giant slalom," she explains.
Gone are the days of hectic pace and extreme versatility. Gisin is now focusing on step-by-step progression:
“We must move forward step by step, without rushing things.”

🌟 A rebirth before winter
Calm and in tune with herself, Michelle Gisin approaches the winter of 2025 with a fresh perspective. Her goal is no longer to prove herself, but to rediscover the joy of competition and rebuild herself sustainably.
