The Tour of Switzerland 2009 description of the French-speaking stages

Two stages concern the roads of French-speaking Switzerland. Those of June 19 and 20.

On June 19 (7th stage) the riders will leave Bad Zurzach (approx. 300m altitude) to arrive at Vallorbe Juraparc (approx. 1000m altitude) at 204 km, it is the longest stage and in addition it will end with an ascent.

The next day, the 8th stage will start from the trail (1000m alt.) and finish at Cran Montana (1500m alt.) passing through Lausanne, Montreux and Sion.
