Here is a copy of a letter sent by Jumbo (Coop).

Vous n’avez pas encore répondu à notre rappel. Le montant total, frais de rappel inclus, Si le montant de la facture, y compris les frais de rappel, n’est pas payé d’ici le 24.07.2025, nous transmettrons la créance à notre service de recouvrement sans autre notification pour poursuite.

If you have already made the transfer, the reminder letter is naturally irrelevant and we will send you a tender kiss.

This is the first time I've seen an official letter with such a sweet greeting.

This is definitely a problem with automation using artificial intelligence. I doubt a retail employee would end up in a letter like this, even if they are very close to customers.
