Fabian Cancellara, winner in 2013, 2010, and 2006, is the overwhelming favorite to retain his title. The official website lists him as the "hyper favorite." If the Swiss cyclist manages to win tomorrow's 2014 edition, he will equal Belgian Tom Boonen's record of four titles, the last in 2012.
